Previous works have seen photographer Osamu Yokonami address and explore conceptions of selfhood and a range of human emotions, suggesting a reflexive and essential congruence between individual expression and communal belonging. Whilst other works by the renowned Tokyo based photographer explore identity and cultural homogeneity through rhythmic repetition and seriality.
